All orders are processed within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Please note: During high-demand periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently offer the following shipping options:

  • Flat-rate shipping: $6.95

  • Free shipping on orders over $75

Estimated delivery time:

  • Domestic (U.S.) orders: 3–7 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

International Shipping

At this time, we may offer limited international shipping.
International delivery times and shipping rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their local government.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Simply Yass is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier once the order has been shipped.

If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.
