Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at simplyyasllc@gmail.comΒ  so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In these cases, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal care products, including skincare and beauty items, cannot be returned.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, and proof of purchase is provided.
